Huhu.. where do I start?? Many things have been getting in my way and it’s quite precise if I say my enthusiasm to dig out the postcards box and find some cards to feature here in this blog… has been sort of fading. Ouch. Though I have actually had some groups of cards ready, some here sitting just beside the monitor for weeks, and the rest are lying on the very box. Okay, let me show Finland houses this time.. and while snow is still there (they are talking about spring so I guess it’s almost time to say bye for winter) it’s still appropriate to feature snowy scene.. and yes, to put two and two together, here are Snowy Countryhouses From Finland!! :D Ah yes if there was something called a filter to my postcard these should be fallen into Postcards > Finland > Houses > Snowy hahahaha how detailed can it be? :) I promise next time I’ll put Postcards > Finland > Houses > Summertime ones just as well ;)

From Tilda. So this is rather a cottage, with untouched snow everywhere, snowy trees as well. I don’t know why its roof reminds me for something yummy, which is weird now that I say so, and I can’t describe what, and at the same time I am craving for a cold water.. ahhh. *be right back after a glass of fresh water with lots of ice cubes*

From Monna. This kind of houses were built in 1940 to 1950 after the war. They usually have two storreys and are made of wood. Here in the card it says, on average January is the coldest month in Finland, by the coast it’s February, and snow cover and ice are thickest in March.

From Mallu with houses and some more lovely snow :)

From Zatzum. At least here it has a warm atmosphere thanks to the sunlight, I really love a weather like this, it’s cold yet feels warm, hmm I can’t remember where I got this kind of feeling.

FI-19817 from MsMoney. I like the way the snow makes a smooth white layer on the cottage roof.. it’s so even and smudgeless. This tiny house is really cute especially, I wonder how it looks inside it.
